Debra Kay said...: These are the California crew (my cousins and my aunts dogs). Both are rescues, both are absolutely awesome dogs and probably too smart for their own good which is what got them into trouble in the first place (that and not being neutered).

We are six now with Dottie's passing. Bitty is going on 12-everyone else is four or under.

Right now I'm at max capacity and if I do any more rescues as slots open up it will probably be old dogs like Bitty who just need a place to end their days.

I wish I could be one of those saints who rehabs dogs, but by the time I put in my dollars, time and heart into it, no one on earth is good enough for that dog....LOL.

This way I can still do some good without the uncertainty of sending off a pup into the unknown.; May 14, 2008 at 10:06 AM
