Guest Blogger-Maya Rudo
Yesterday we went to the river. We saw squirrels. We were throwing down nuts from Trader Joes to feed the squirrels. All squirrels are named Bob. We also fed crows. They were bigger than the squirrels. They said "get away from our nuts! They are our nuts to eat."

Bon Voyage
We'll be coming to you for the remainder of the week from Florida-most likely seated on my friend's new lanai. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

The Vet Loves Me
Four to board....the Cowden's are here. Cody was his usual unenthusiastic self, until I said "Cody, that's enough." Those must be magic words because he pranced in like a show dog and ran up to the kennel attendant like he was his long lost friend.
The Spotties went down to visit Mom and Dad before we left. Dottie was having a good morning, but my heart tells me she is really slowing down, so I asked the vet to check her out.
Walking with a pack of dogs is about 4 times harder than walking with a single dog, but I think we are making good progress now that I can walk again. And what a dashing sight we are, the entire Cowden pack entering en masse. I'm sure Sparkles, the Yorkie, was very impressed.

The Chicken Dance
We had "I am the boss training" today courtesy of the chicken. The chicken sat in its cage and pecked at the dogs and I corrected them every time they barked at the chicken. A good time was had by all.
