Dallas isn't quite the same situation.<BR/><BR/>Another pet peeve (hah) is loose dogs "guarding" trucks-that has no place in public places. If I was going to say anything to a complete stranger about the way he cares for his dog, in that situation, I would tell him what happens to dogs who fall out of the back of pick up trucks. Getting wet was the least of that dogs worries.
